Our team of designers and developers brings more than 20 years of experience, now combined with AI, to build systems tailored to your business in less time. [Let’s build together](https://www.vantaworks.com/en/contact) [Read our story](https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us#hikayemiz) Our story ## From idea to launch, one team. Our designers and developers work together on the same projects. A system's interface, its infrastructure and its development after launch all come from the same team. We have built internal apps for the Zorlu and Limak groups, mobile apps for Zorlu PSM, a website for the General Directorate of Foundations and an e-commerce platform for Pierre Cardin Home. We also work remotely with clients in the Netherlands, Germany and Ukraine. We develop our own internal platform, Xtranet, which Zorlu Zone and Limak Life run on. We rebuilt our development process around AI tools: repetitive work got shorter, and architectural decisions are still made by the team. ![From idea to launch, one team.](https://admin.vantaworks.com/uploads/vanta_office_d2c8be0462.jpeg) TRUSTED BY LEADING BRANDS ![Limak Holding](https://admin.vantaworks.com/uploads/limak_8c6d316362.svg) ![T.C. Our team is made up of project management and a technical team. Since we started working with AI tools, the hard lines between design, front end and back end have disappeared; our technical team consists of AI engineers who take a piece of work end to end, from the interface to the infrastructure. Our project management team runs the process and communication. ### Where is your team based? Our headquarters is at Nef Offices Dörtlevent in Kağıthane, Istanbul. We work remotely with clients in the Netherlands, Germany and Ukraine. ### How do you use AI in software development? We rebuilt our development process around AI tools: repetitive work got shorter, and code changes go through our Code Review agent first and then our engineers. Architecture decisions are always made by our team. The result is that we build systems tailored to your business in less time, to the same quality standard. ### Do the same people handle design and development? Yes. A system's interface, infrastructure and post-launch development all come from the same team. Because there is no handover in between, decisions made in design are not lost in development. ```json [ { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@graph": [ { "@type": "BreadcrumbList", "itemListElement": [ { "@type": "ListItem", "position": 1, "name": "Home", "item": "https://www.vantaworks.com/" }, { "@type": "ListItem", "position": 2, "name": "About Us", "item": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us" } ] }, { "@type": "AboutPage", "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us#webpage", "url": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us", "name": "About Us | Vantaworks", "description": "Vantaworks develops custom, enterprise-scale software with a senior team, faster with AI.", "inLanguage": "en-US", "isPartOf": { "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/#website" }, "about": { "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/#organization" } }, { "@type": "FAQPage", "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us#faq", "url": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us", "name": "Common questions about our team", "inLanguage": "en-US", "isPartOf": { "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/#website" }, "about": { "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/#organization" }, "dateModified": "2026-10-21T13:25:30.327Z", "mainEntity": [ { "@type": "Question", "@id": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us#faq-2684", "url": "https://www.vantaworks.com/en/about-us#faq-2684", "name": "How is your team structured?", "answerCount": 1, "acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Our team is made up of project management and a technical team.
