VANTAB2B
B2B E-commerce

A B2B portal fully synced with your ERP.

Prices, stock and account balances come from your ERP. Orders go straight into your ERP.

Full sync

Every change in the ERP reaches the portal, and every order in the portal reaches the ERP.

You don't manage the same data in two places. You manage it once, where you already manage it.

The journey of an order

The moment a dealer clicks, work starts in your ERP.

Order traffic that ran over phone and email becomes a channel that runs by itself.

Features

Every feature in the portal works with the data in your ERP.

ERP · Price lists

Customer-specific prices and catalog

Each customer sees their own price list and the products assigned to them. Discount rates, volume-based prices and agreed terms work per customer. Prices are not shown to users who are not logged in.

ERP · Account

Account and credit sales

Your customers order on open account with their own payment terms. When the credit limit is exceeded, the system stops the order or sends it for approval.

ERP · Stock

Stock and lead-time visibility

Your customers see actual stock and when an out-of-stock product will arrive. Pre-orders are taken for expected products; when stock arrives, the order continues where it left off.

ERP · Order

Quick and repeat orders

With the quick order screen, where you enter a stock code and quantity, a cart is ready in minutes. Past orders are repeated with one click, and bulk orders are uploaded from Excel.

ERP · Account

Multi-user company account

Several users work under one account: the purchaser places the order, the manager approves it, accounting sees the invoices. Permissions are separated by role.

ERP · Order

Quote and approval flows

The customer requests a quote through the portal and you price it; an approved quote becomes an order in one step. On the buyer's side, the order reaches you after passing internal approval.
