CLIENT
Pierre Cardin Home sells its home textile collections online, from bed linen and towels to blankets and décor. When we took on the project, the e-commerce channel did not reflect the strength of the brand; the site drew few visitors and made few sales.
The products and the brand were in place. What was missing was an e-commerce platform that turns visitors into customers and can carry growth. Product pages and the basket flow didn't lead visitors to buy, and there was no setup to handle campaign traffic.
We used data to guide every step. We designed listings that put the collections forward, product pages that make the case for each product, and a shorter checkout. We built the infrastructure so that its capacity grows as load increases during campaigns.
With the new site, online sales grew by 280%, and the site kept the same speed during sudden campaign peaks.
